Is Nummo independent?

Unlike big banks, Nummo is proud to be 100% independent. We don’t charge any hidden commissions and never get any kickbacks. Most people just don’t know how badly they are being cheated. Obscure and antiquated fees are a standard practice for foreign exchange and securities transactions (e.g., mark-ups); most mutual funds operate on major kickback schemes. Such fees are rarely disclosed, which leads to a constant conflict of interest. You just never know if a product is really suitable for you or just in the best interest of the financial institution.

Most financial comparison platforms and free budget tools have the same conflict of interest. They get compensated as soon as you select a product. Not cool!

How do I sign up?

Go to Nummo Vault and choose the subscription that works best for you. Follow the easy three-step activation process to complete your registration. Your subscription will be automatically renewed based on the Nummo Vault you selected.

What if I can’t find my financial institution to connect with Nummo Vault?

Please tell us which financial institution you would like us to add. Use the respective button on the Vault page. Once we receive your message we will initiate the connection process and get back to you as soon as it's ready.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to your profile page and complete your cancellation. Once your cancellation is confirmed you can no longer access your financial information on your Nummo Vault.

How can I reactivate my Nummo Vault account if I’ve canceled my subscription?

If you decide to cancel your subscription to Nummo Vault your financial information will be deleted and you will have to set up your account from scratch. There is no possibility for you to re-activate your Nummo Vault subscription. 


How secure is my login information?

All the data that you share with us is stored in a highly encrypted database supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure. We never store your bank account credentials and do not sell any of your information to third parties. 

How can I protect myself?

Cyber security is paramount, so here are a few tips to keep you safer online:

  • Keep your passwords safe; never share them with anyone. 
  • Use stronger passwords that include a combination of numbers, symbols and capital letters. 
  • Don’t install programs from unknown companies. 
  • Never give personal information to others to prevent identity theft; remain alert for phishing attempts via email. 
  • Always use devices that are protected from viruses; anti-virus programs are highly recommended.
  • Use a firewall on your personal computer to avoid others entering in your systems.

What if I lose my mobile device?

Nummo allows you to manage various mobile devices associated with your account. You can remove a mobile device from your account, and add a new one or change your current password.
